Update 30.4.2021: Testing the new billing method has taken longer than expected, which is why we won’t start it before the 1st of June. Initially, the change was to take effect on the 1st of May.

We would like to inform ParkMan’s users of changes to the service in Finland.

From June 1st your parking will be charged immediately after each transaction

On the 1st of June 2021, we will replace our monthly charging schedule and start charging you for the parking the moment it ends. This makes way for a smoother charging process and parking specific information will be available within the app as before.

How will the change affect application users?

The change requires no further action from our users and the pricing will remain the same. A receipt for each individual parking will be available through the app menu and via email. The charging process for company parkings will however remain unchanged.

Are you a ParkMan user who needs a receipt for bookkeeping once per month?

We understand and appreciate that this change might bring some hardships to some of our users when it comes to e.g. bookkeeping needs. Please note, that you will still be able to request receipts for multiple separate parkings via the app menu’s Parkings section completely free of charge. If you are using our app for work purposes and want to continue to get one invoice each month, please consider creating a company account. As a ParkMan company account user, you will continue to get an invoice along with an expense report automatically once per month. Read more.
